Filament is sticking to the internal Teflon tube of the Hotend

Hello all, I have a Phaetus Rapido UHF Hotend and I'm calibrating the first layer, but although I can print the first layer without any problems, I can't make a second print because the filament gets stuck to the internal Teflon tube of the hotend. This is the second time I have had to disassemble it to unclog. I'm using the temperatures recommended by the supplier, and the filament is Elegoo PLA+. Could this be due to the filament or the Teflon tube? I really need some help, thanks.

Thank you very much for your attention. I've solved the issue; it turns out the Hotend wasn't being cooled enough by the fan.

Is the filament thicker nearer the hotend?

Yes it is I just checked, there doesn't seem to be much difference in thickness

Wondering if it's a retraction issue, but I'd think it would get stuck in the hotend itself and not the tube. Did you use calipers to measure?

No, sorry

I just measured the tube with the caliper and it's 43.7 mm, exactly what it should be in my case for my Bondtech LGX Lite Extruder on my Ratrig vcore 3.1 printer.

Length doesn't matter much for this though, it's getting stuck inside. What's the width of the filament? I'd just replace that short tube anyways, maybe there's a burr or something inside
