Downgrade to free
How do I downgrade my account to the free account? It is currently on the business trial which I don't need. I just want to be on the free account. Thanks.

After business trial, it will be downgraded to free tier automatically.
No action needed from your side
And all team members will lose access, right?
But all the functionality will continue working.

Yes, all members of the org will be back to free tier because pricing tier is based on organizational level. Features including in business and higher tier will not be available for all members
