Customize Calendar from DatePicker

Hi, I'm trying to customyze the colors in my DatePicker Calendar in my project.But I can't fins the element in my browser.Any ideas? Other thing, to change the css of my project, Do i Need to create a Theme or is there any .css file that I can write?
