I keep getting this error The game crashed whilst initializing game

What other mods do you use with distant horizons, and what version of Minecraft, Forge/Fabric, Oculus/Iris and Distant horizons?
Try deleting your old config
/config
To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider to edit the config.
The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml
