Can anyone tell how to set the best sensitivity settings with a gyroscope.

Feel free to try asking other players in the discussion channels, such as #pubg-mobile. Or look up for some tutorial videos on Youtube. Other player’s sensitivity settings may not suit you, you will also need to test it out by yourself in Cheer Park or Training Ground to find out what is good for you.
