Looking for inspiration.
Hello guys!
It has been a while since I was looking into the frontend stuff and to be quite honest I'm not an expert, was doing some single one pages in the past and nothing epic.
Currently trying to create something breath-taking for my girlfriend, some sort of BIO page for her.
She is a Journalist and and looking for some inspirations and ideas of what I can do.
By that I mean, maybe some pages or forums where some talented people creating content and
I would like to see what I can use and probably mix few things in one from that or get idea of what I
could build on my own, wouldn't like to copy something 1 to 1, just get some inspirations π
Looking forward for some help from colleagues here! ^^
Thanks!

I recommend looking at Theme Forest. It's intended as a gallery of Wordpress themes, but you can just look at the designs for inspiration in building any site regardless of whether or not it involves Wordpress.
Dribbble and pinterest are also decent places. Be warned though that you'll see a lot of the same styles so just try to diversify what you're grabbing for inspiration
Awwwards is cool but they're not very practical (imo) but you might be able to find some inspiration from there too. Another thing that helps me is not only looking at websites as a medium for inspiration. You can look at anything, from pictures, magazines, books, movies, etc. -- whatever fits the vibe of the design you're going for. Just create one giant mood board of all the inspiration you're gathering so you can comb through it. You can use Figma for this.
Another thing I'd do is make a list of associated emotional words you want your site to invoke before grabbing inspiration
