Account Stolen
Hi, so my pubg account got hacked through my twitter, they logged in and changed my 2 step verification to their number I recently made a claim to recover my PUBG Mobile account, and I'm baffled that it got rejected. I'm absolutely certain that all the information I provided was accurate. Is there anyone here who has experienced a similar situation or knows why this might have happened? I have every proof and evidence thats my account, like every purchase i made, date and amount, i have names of my friends i used to play with, and i can answer any question only the real owner knows, just please i need someone to help me.
I've reached out to Reddit support, but unfortunately, there hasn't been any response yet.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now with a description and your numeric user identification....

You can apply for the World of Wonder creator access by tapping on Become a Creator option through in-game.
If you have applied for the creator access, you can expect a response in-game within 30 days if your application is approved.

Dealing with pubg customer support is so troublesome
yupp, I have sent proof of screenshots of UC purchases, email notifications if my account is linked to other social media, email notifications for login accounts on other devices, but they are still rejected. Even though there is still 5K UC

Someone took my pubg account that was linked with my Facebook then unlinked it and deleted the fc acc and now i cant log in again
