rank reset: my rank resetting to silver every time am at Gold I despite the progress
I've been playing PUBG and was almost at Platinum rank, but now every time I play a match, my rank drops back to Silver, even though I've already completed that rank. It's really frustrating. Can someone help me fix this? And yes I am playing squad which my rank is originally supposed to be at gold I but got dropped back to silver twice. I have screenshot of my points going towards silver while my rank says it’s at gold I.

It is fine, @azura. If you have recently switched your server, your rank will be updated according to your current rank in your new server.

On the video it shows my recent results that I am on silver even tho I am actually on gold I
Happened this week before but I thought it was just bug I redo all the progress once more just to get reset back, while the season page tells me am on gold I
Now my brother is less than 100 points away from diamond while we started together

@azura did you change your in-game server to north America?
If you did then that's why, your rank doesn't carry over servers, each server has it's own rank
Yes I did
My region it originally North America, I have been using emulator lately so I changed it to Middle East for faster matchmaking as a lot of people suggested and changed it back to NA when I had my phone fixed

It stayed the same rank if you change region
