Getting some weird tearing effect

I installed DH a couple hours ago, tested it out for a bit and it was all working fine. I logged back in and now when I use shaders I get this effect that makes the game unplayable with shaders (and I personally find MC unplayable without) I've uninstalled and reinstalled Iris with DH but it hasn't worked.
