Viewers have no sound on alerts!
Hi!
Video gifs are visible but no sound. I researched and seems i need to turn on sound but can't find how to do it.
Please help where is the unmute extention option?

GIFs cannot have audio. To have audio, you must use WebM.
To unmute the extension, tap the purple Overlay Expert button on the left side of your stream and then use the volume controls to unmute the overlay.

About gif and audio, can't i add separate audio to gif, no?

Yes your stream must be live for the extension to load, and yes, you can use a GIF as a background image and add a sound to the layer too.
