XP Gain Time
I want to know if there is a way to set the XP gain time per message. From being every 80 seconds to being able to set the time myself.

I'd also like to know if there's a way to set up the amount of experience each level needs to move on to the next level. Because with the 0.32 setting, leveling up is very slow

Not at the moment, that's what a global multiplier is meant to do.
If the 0.32 setting is too slow then change it to a higher value
