hacked account
Hi my pubg account got hacked around December and I tried so many times to claim the account but my claim never went through I think I might have answered some question wrong but still I have so much proof to show it’s my account I have so many receipts of me buying UC and screenshots of me getting the stuff in PUBG like upgradeable weapons and stuff yet PUBG does nothing I tried using the gmail and they just ask me to use the in game one
Seriously what is this I spent so much money and someone can just snatch my account away

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....
