Low FPS using shaders: RTX 3080 + Ryzen 5600x

Hello, Wondering if this is normal? Seen different videos of people running similar setups and getting 100+ fps. Any help would be appreciated!

Solution:
Ended up getting help in IRIS discord; turns out that my resolution was too high and QDAA was not allowing me to turn it down to native (2560x1440). FPS tripled afterwards. Hope this helps if anyone stumbles across

You do not need your render distance that high 32 chunks is too much I would recommend around 8-10 or if you want it high 16 at max Your fps is being limited by your gpu in that screen shot it is at 99% usage so maybe turn your graphics settings downn

That is good but I would still recommend turning down your render distance

I just noticed, you're running 8K?! Dear God... You sure are greedy with the requirements.

Turn your game chunks to 12 you dont need anymore than 16 if youre rendering 128 from dh atleast how i maintain 200+ frames with a 6800xt
