Hello, @GHULAM MUSTAFA! After submitting an account recovery request through in-game, you may be able to track the progress of your claim by navigating to Help option located at the login menu > Account Recovery > Claim Record. You may also keep an out on the email you provided when submitting the account recovery request through in-game. The update on your claim will be sent to your email.
