No Edit Link In List View

Hi guys, I'm new to the FilamentPHP world and just trying to get a simple interface up. I've managed to go through the getting started and have a list of users, however I've then tried to do the same for a custom model and all seems well except for the fact that I don't have an edit link/action on each row (see attached). What might I be missing here?

So my problem was that I had an existing policy in place which was preventing it from showing
