stolen account problem
Hello, my account has been stolen and it is being logged in via other devices. I still have the email but my account got banned I can provide all the necessary evidence but I don't know who to write to. Can someone in authority help

Hello, @Allahistan! Please note that accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who has been using it.
For further assistance with lost or stolen accounts, you will need to contact the in-game customer service. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved through the customer service, or if you are not satisfied with their response, you can submit a support request through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. As the channel is closed for now, please submit your support requests through https://www.reddit.com/r/PUBGM_Support with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification....
