Torch turning on and off on Astralex

So I have this problem with Astralex shaders where the torch will almost turn on and off as I'm holding it. I tried with Optifine and it works fine so I think it's an issue with Iris.
I'm on Minecraft 1.20.5, Astralex 91.1 (I have tried with other versions and it's the same problem), Fabric 0.15.10 for 1.20.5, Iris 1.7, Fabric api 0.97.6, Sodium 0.5.8, Sodium Extra 0.5.4, and Modmenu 10 beta-1 (I did play without sodium extra and modmenu and the same issue occured)
The issue also occurs with bloom off, I've tried so many settings in Astralex and nothing has made a difference.

That definitely looks like a shaders bug. Unfortunately, the developer will (or is currently) undergo surgery and will take months before it could be fixed. For the time being, you either have to endure it, or use other packs if it's too annoying.
Yeah I did ask them but they weren't sure, I thought it might be something to do with not having a dynamic lights mod, but I'm definitely not going to bother them about it at the moment! It's not majorly annoying so it's all good. Thank you for getting back :)
