virtual keyboard stopped working in desktop
The hardware support for legion go is amazing, everything was working but for some reason the virtual keyboard stopped working
I use the legion go but others might be affected
Steam input is set up in desktop and I did follow the guide for legion go. And yes it was working earlier this week

Same with the latest ISO and Legion Go. Fresh install, virtual keyboard isn't working in Desktop Mode (hotkeys does nothing).
Update: checked out Desktop control scheme, left stick press summons the virtual keyboard. But the question is still here: why doesn't the default combo work? 😦
Uhh Nice, except i just startede a reinstall to try and figure out what changed it. Good thing I like to tinker
could you try a rollback to older bazzite versions, and see if the OSK issue is there? if it's still there, this is likely a steam bug
known good versions on bazzite on the LGO are 02/20, 03/15, 04/06.
there are more good versions, of course, but those are the 3 off the top of the head that I remember
I just finished re installing, I think it is a steam bug since last time last week it worked
Will not spend to much time on it right now as it will probably be fix and it still works with the thumb stick
I’ve noticed this problem on Stable when I rebase but on :testing it’s not present 🤷♂️

bazzite testing = release candidates, but it gets updates pretty frequently. basically a beta

For some reason I can’t set testing in game mode. Only steam update stable/beta/unstable

So to get to testing / release candidate i should do. rpm-ostree rebase ostree-image-signed:docker://ghcr.io/ublue-os/bazzite:testing
Yes but be prepared for other things to not work. Currently QAM on Legion Go is not working in game unless you bring up the Steam menu first. External monitor isn’t correctly applying in game mode. A few days ago touching the Legion Go screen anywhere at any time restarted gamescope and closed your games.
I only do it because I canary the changes as a small contribution to Bazzite, but it’s not a great experience if you’re not prepared to accept that things could just stop working.

How often is Bazzite Updated? Might just wait for the next update

yes and the keyboard is back
have new issue now when in gamemode seems like vol + or vol- is being pressed every few sec
though this seems to dissapear after going to desktop mode
I think this was related to deckcord
