Unable to view user
I get this message when trying to view somebody’s profile “You are temporarily unable to view this user's information”
How do I do this to somebody?

The Specific User has Blocked You
how did he do that? there are at least 2 types of block... one from popularity, and one from the chat when you are friends... the user was not my friend, is there a third type of block?
I don't Know then In my case I was Blocked
