Brightly colored render

The mods I have installed shouldn't affect the light engine, I disabled shaders, and am only using the default texture pack. In the chunks loaded by DH, there are sections of green that are very bright. Is this normal? For context I'm on MC version 1.20.1 with DH version 2.0.1-a-1.20.1
