DH loads but does not render
I'm using version 1.20.2 (Forge) | When I installed Optifine, DH stopped rendering in my world

neither forge nor optifine is supported by iris
you're probably using some unofficial fork if you got it running on forge at all
or are you mixing up forge with the curseforge launcher?
You can't use Iris on forge, you can't use Optifine with Iris, you can't really make any of that work on Forge in general. Use Fabric and follow the #dh-compatibility-faq
and follow it closely, otherwise, good luck 🤣
