Account Hacked and Linked with other phone number.
Dear PUBG Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding my PUBG account, which was recently hacked. My account was created with the email address and the phone number. Unfortunately, the hacker has changed the phone number associated with the account. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.
My in-game nickname was RHCsʌN炫Ko with the Character ID 549098380. After the hacking incident, the nickname was changed to NotMofo. I have been playing PUBG since SEASON 2, and my account had approximately 600UC left.
Despite using the CLAIM or SUBMIT REPORT feature, my account continues to be linked with new phone numbers daily. I am unable to log in from my Google account, which is the main email associated with my PUBG account. I have not accessed the account since last February 5th, when it was hacked.
I have attempted to contact support in-game and via email, but I have not received a positive response. I can provide evidence of the payments I made for purchasing UC in 2019, totaling 600 and 350 UC.
Multiple cases regarding my hacked account have been filed, but they have been rejected due to the account being logged in from various devices. The hacker has also depleted the 660UC that was left in my account.
I have also reached out to support on Discord and have attached screenshots of the conversation for your reference.
I kindly request your assistance in retrieving my account. Your prompt response and support in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Please verify my email ID for authentication purposes, as the hacker keeps changing the phone and devices associated with the account.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

I've filled a complaint in game as well as in REDDIT, since I wasn't able to login in the last 3-4 months my account has been keep on getting logged in. While I've mailed the pubgm support email addr there wasn't a fruitful result from their end so I think i need forget my account playing from 6yrs and my account is being only allowed to login via hackers phone number IDK what kind of security option have PUBG Made as the priority is bieng given to the phone number not ENAIL ID which the account is being made.
