Do you know how to go to your bios?
yes
I first need to confirm if your pc supports secure boot
it does
it’s on
If it was on you wouldn't be able to be in windows
So you are sure your pc support secure boot?
yea
^ Because to fix this requires a change that is unreversible
secure boot is already enabled
again no its not
i can send u a picture lol
Ok
not home igu when i am
Open cmd as admin
Enter
list disk```
@Saucywan
See how it says system mode setup
It means it isn't enabled
What drive is windows installed on?
C drive
so disk 0
but it says secure boot : enabled
Open disk management
Then send me a photo
bet
Press the windows key and search for “cmd”
Right click Command Prompt
Click “Run as administrator”
You should be able to now; type in this new window
Enter:
mbr2gpt.exe /validate /disk:0 /allowFullOS
same sh*t happened to me
Enter the final command
mbr2gpt.exe /convert /disk:0 /allowFullOS
Go to your BIOS
Go here ^
Key management
Then it should say something like install default secure boot keys, or clear Secure boot keys
which one
do i do
The first one if it's there
ok
Do the top one
done
You should also try to find something called CSM and set it to disabled
Or boot mode: And set it to uefi
ok done
^ This too?
ya
Ok
nice
Wow
Try again
ye it did nun
Enter recovery environment
You probably just got unlucky and have a corrupted windows install
Were using a custom version of Windows?
no
i downloaded the one from the website a while ago and it put on a isb
usb*
^
i can’t even click a key in there it doesn’t recognize
i went into bios boot and it wasn’t detecting my ssd
or my external hard drive
^ It should be recognizing only one drive
hm
The drive one won't be recognized because it's in the wrong format since we only converted the disk 0
ah
I seem to have noticed you don't have a recovery partition
is that good to make?
Restart your computer and hold shift
alright
didn’t do anything
It isn't booting you into anything?
nope
goes to bios then that recovery
now my bios is showing the Ssd
and my hdd for the boot devices and it says to select one
Hm
Do you still have the windows installation tool?
no
tryna find it rn
yea bro i cant find it
nice
thanks for tryna help ima js bring it to someone
sorry, that sucks
@Saucywan are u able to help rn
With?
i got this
Just press enter
Press enter
64-bit i believe
says loading files
It just means that it detected multiple windows installations
oh
^
This is the same problem as before
yea
Have you reinstalled windows?
no idk how i can’t go in to my pc
just the bios
You will need the windows installation tool
yea i got it on a usb
that’s what happens when i did it
Plug the usb into your computer
yea
Then from here press the third one
yea that’s what i did
and it did what i just showed u
I thought you pressed the top one?
when i try to Windows Boot Manager it just goes into that recovery
i’ll show u the top one
Press the fourth one
ohh that’s the one i pressed the 4th
the 3rd just says it doesn’t have it or something or select the correct one
the 4th does that black and white screen thing
so 2nd, third don’t work, first boots to that blue screen and 4th gives the same error
Are you sure you installed it correctly?
yea
a tech guy did it for me for $5
he fixed my pc before, he said if it doesn’t work then to bring it in
and this one has worked before, i used it twice to reinstall
Show me your bios settings
Try disabling secure boot
which
ok
which settings
go to security
secure boot is disabled btw
^
did you ever find this setting
disable csm support?
Is that a yes?
nah i just found it
Show me please
it was in advanced, do u want me to disable
It is enabled?
rn
it was
i just disabled
Ok
save and exit
and try again
alright
which device
for boot
Try the usb
alright
nope same thing
Which one did you click the third one or the fourth one
there was only the Windows Boot Manager then the 4th one
the other 2 weren’t there
Try all of them
alr
didn’t work
same errors
@Saucywan
if you havnt found any fix i had same issue i did the secure boot bios to custom and reset the keys thing and re-enabled it and that kinda worked for me
idk why it happened but it did after installing new windows tho resetting those settings did it for m
on B660M GAMING X AX DDR4 motherboard i could get screen pictures from mobile and show u what i did to fix it for my self
@obama
That’s not the problem
thats what fixed it for me* windows showed tpm enabled game was running to but when i ran any maps including practice range it would kick me out and give tpm error
until i reset the secure boot on bios and re-enabled it
What error code?
not error but just saying TPM 2.0 and secure boot thing is off shit
Yeah, what was the error code?
Van 9001, 9003, 9005?
no idea i dont save error codes that i get xd
i just went into bios cuz i had recently updates bios and windows so was like maybe the setting turned off
but it was on there so i was like do the good ol off and on thing and it worked
Well, the TPM requirement cannot be turned off, depending on the error code
And this guy doesn’t need a bypass to tpm
i dont need to bypass it either isnt secure boot and tpm sorta the same things? i had them on by default on 12th gen
uptil i reinstalled new windows and updates bios then the settings just didnt match it seemed
If u r on win11 by default then yes they are on by default most of the time
ye i use 11 since it looks way nicer xd
@Saucywan the guy is fixing rn lol
he’s gotta reformat the ssd
Ok
had to flash the bios
😭
that’s how he fixed it
