level reward roles changing
When some people got level 30 in our server, a few seconds later the level 30 role was removed and they went back to the level 20 role despite being level 30.

I imagine if you run /syncrolerewards or if the user has leveled up since they would have received the correct roles

What does the audit log say? Which bot is removing/adding the level 30 role and for what reason?
only way i think I can fix this myself is to just enable role stacking
cant find a reason for these actions
Did they get level 30 naturally without the help of the /level set command?
Also can you use /rank @user and send a screenshot of their rank card
Only commands we use is /xp add
i believe they got level 30 by us using /xp add
