Are you using wifi?
yes
Are you using a wifi extender?
im using one of those things
that let a wireless pc use wireless
a dongle or something
cus i cant use ethernet
That's probably why you have such bad ping
Did you download the drivers for the dongle?
no
cus i only lag on val
and have only played val for like 1.5 months
also wasnt something i thought about
First try downloading your motherboards drivers
win+r, msinfo32, send a photo

I see
How long have you had this issue?
cant be that either
like
a month
and when im at my other house
it doesnt happen
yet i use wifi on that too
It could just be your network
Are you using a dns server?
im doing uh
8.8.8.8
8.8.4.4
that
Try removing it
what else can it be
cus it did it without that dns aswell
and still when i put it on
Did you restart the game?
no
ill try it tho
You most likely need to restart the game if you change your DNS
still doing it, seems worse
hmmm
Do you have multiple wifi networks
like 2.4g and 5g
no
what
i just have 1 wifi that i connect to
Try restarting your modem / router
Also can you send me a photo of your wifi dongle
So I can get the drivers for you
already tried and doesnt change anything
yeah i can one minute
Yeah I have no idea
i have the link to it
cant send tho

i can get that chipset driver for it
cus it was on that page i think
looks like its just some old shit one
might need a new one
idk tho
Yeah I don't think this is a riot problem
You may just wanna use Ethernet just to see if that helps
i cant use ethernet
Why?
no ethernet plugs or anything
doesnt reach router
etc
hm
ok
What about at the other place
Oh never mind
That makes no sense
it doesnt lag on wifi there
lol
yes
@Saucywan
do you think something like ( i cant send links )
so its a
D-Link-E15-Extender-Repeater-Indicator
( just a wifi extender )
it has an ethernet port, its 1gigabit speed with a 1gigabit wire
plugged into a socket extension ( thing that gives me 4 plug sockets from 1 wall socket )
will fix it?
and give me faster speeds
thats my only option for ethernet
@lyra | !!
will this work?
I would probably get one that uses power line
whats power line
help
pls
