Off the wrack fit

Just constantly in between too baggy or too tight
White shirt here is J crew Slim Medium and the blue shirt is a Jcrew regular small. The small ends up being very tight especially around the chest but the sleeve lengths are fine vs the medium that is looser in the chest and stomach but sleeve lengths are very long and I have to usually roll them up

You might have to get OTR stuff tailored. If it's just the sleeve lengths they can usually move the cuff up relatively cheaply if you don't mind a shortened cuff placket or shorten it at the shoulder but that's more expensive.
I've weird proportions, almost nothing off the rack fits me in shirts.
Medium looks great. You can move the button on the cuffs so they’re tighter and sit where they need to on your arm
The sleeves look fine to me tho
