Account Stolen
I recently made a claim to recover my PUBG Mobile account, and I'm baffled that it got rejected. I'm absolutely certain that all the information I provided was accurate. Is there anyone here who has experienced a similar situation or knows why this might have happened?
Additionally, I'm wondering if there's a way to directly communicate with a support member about my account, rather than going through the claim process again. It would be immensely helpful to clarify any doubts they might have and ensure that my account recovery goes smoothly.

Hello, @NRSxPRESTIGE! Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

@Quendi i already did that as i said in my post i filled in most the questions correctly and i already sent emails to the customer support but all i get is a bot response no actual communication from the support to deal with this matter
and i dont have permission to post through the support channel on discord
