AMD dGPU permanently on with bazzite-asus image
I have an asus zephyrus g14 2022 version. With base fedora kinoite layering asusctl, as well as on ublue's kinoite-asus image, the dGPU powers down properly when not in use. But on bazzite-asus, it's enabled at all times and I can't seem to get it to power down. Looking with nvtop I don't see anything running on it, so I'm not sure what the issue is.

if you run nvtop
does it show activity on the dgpu?

looks powered down to me then, what makes you think it isn't?
the rog-control-center tray icon switches its color to red whenever it's turned on. I'm used to it being blue unless in use. Also battery consumption is considerably higher than usual
also:
shows both in D0 - enabled
this is idle power consumption. I'm used to it being 5-6W
