why is my account banned????
It shows no problem when I file the claim but it shows it is banned

Hello, @MADARA! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

I haven’t violated the rules,I know the rules well and I haven’t bought any fraud uc or any car cards,when I try to click on “File claim” it says no violation recorded
I am not sure why it has banned me for doing nothing
I got to “file claim” and it says “0 penalty found for this account
