I didnt made any frauds or refund and in game customer service isn’t helpful so WHAT TO DO ????

https://www.pubgmobile.com/pay/ is an authorized way to purchase UC.
Midasbuy has a loophole. Anybody can top up uc to any account and later request refund from their bank. My friend was pushing conq and somebody didn’t want him to get there. So he got 7 days bannn instead.

that's a refund fraud and can lead at least negative UC balance in game or ban for 10years if repeated.
