Watching around some streamers using mouse and keyboard on ipads is it allowed?

he's right! alot of people using those devices and streaming normally dominating servers with +30 kills each game and anticheat doesn't react. how is this possible? and btw is there any manual way to report them with full infos? report in game have no effect,i reported more than 20 times a streamer + description he is so happy and still acting like big pro. he doesn't even hide it..he sell those devices what makes all of it possible.

As a player is reported
They only check for any kind of cheat or 3rd party software
They can't check if he is using keyboard and mouse on his mobile
bro ur wrong! in old times none could even try it.. i remember once levinho tried this experiment to test the anticheat.. he explained that time..idk if the video is still aviable on youtube. played normally and on midle of match he got auto ban 10 years. congratulated the anticheat as well. i know this for sure they was auto detected... idk maybe misurating speed of touches of screen... text me in private i will give u the id of someone kd +13 most of kills 48 + his stream link and just watch him... no emulator detected... playing also with face cam where u can easly see his hands on m&kb. every single game this guy is getting +30 kills. there must be done something about this.. seriously!
