Not getting email verification code.
Recently my account was compromised after that I submitted a claim form.
Today I received the mail from pubg.
But I am unable to get the code.

Hello, @farrukh nasir! After a successful account recovery claim, all the previously linked social media accounts will be removed from your PUBG MOBILE, and the email you provided to the customer service when submitting the account recovery request will be linked to your PUBG MOBILE account. Please try to log into the game using that email with the Phone/Email login option and verification code method.
Surely I know this and I have tried it the same way. But I am not receiving the code.

It is to mention that the successful claim was made through the email (not from in game). meaning that i wrote a descriptive email to support they approved it. but i doubt that the another person still has the access but not me. is there any possibility that they forgot to unlink and linking my account ?
