Terrible ABS Bridges on Orca Slicer

You can see the difference between orca and prusa. My settings are near the defaults, and I have increased and decreased flow, fan, temp, etc. Tried my best to have the same settings.

Are you able to save your slicer project as a 3MF file so that we can have a look at the settings? Otherwise I would suggest playing around with the color scheme in the slicer preview and comparing things like speed, flow rate, fan speed, etc. to see if you can spot any differences on the bridges between the two slicers. Then you can try and figure out which settings are causing those differences.

Thank you for the suggestion. Here are 3mf files for the two slicers. There is a small difference in fan speed, but the settings are mostly the same.

However, when looking at them as you suggested, I found that orca slicer is giving the bridges a variable line width:

Variable line width not present when arachne is disabled. Investigating... While it did make the line width consistent, there was zero noticeable difference in bridge quality when turning off arachne.

The top two are Orca, and the bottom is Prusa Slicer. Here are the results from the slicer analysis ORCA/PS layer height .45/.45 width .45/.5? flow variable.5?/.5-.8 layer time 32.5/29 fan speed 35/55

Perhaps it's these seams on the bridge. I'm not sure why orca is doing this. disabling scarf seams removed the seam placement on the bridges I will test in the morning
