wedding suit feedback and recommendations
Not sure if I want to do another round of alterations on this or call it. I feel like it’s 90-95% of the way there, and since I’d have to take it to a new tailor (suit was made far away from me and I did first round there). I’m getting married in this, and it’s a beautiful fabric, so I want it to be as perfect as possible. I've just thought about this too much and need some neutral opinions haha.
I don’t love the pocket flare, but that may be unavoidable without a significantly different silhouette. I’m a competitive bb’er so I have pretty weird proportions, especially through the upper thigh.
I’ll take any feedback.
Also would love thoughts on a tie. I was partial to these two.
I liked this: https://www.chippneckwear.com/blue-ancient-madder-paisley-print-tie/
or something simpler like: https://www.samhober.com/neckties/shantung/grenadine-shantung-fina-silk-ties/midnight-blue-shantung-grenadine-fina-silk-tie-shft-1.html
Our dress code is fun and casual, and I’ve loved some of the floral or paisley options I’ve looked at… but it’s hard to pair with this color green (also looks kinda teal in direct sunlight)

Hard to tell the fit on the jacket while you're holding your phone tbh
I think the pants are about as good as they're going to get. The alterations to fix the pocket flare and such could end up being extensive/iterative/a crapshoot unless you have a really good tailor that can just tell you what needs done and you trust them.
I'd personally go for the 2nd tie
Overall it looks very nice though
appreciate that reality check, i think that makes sense
