file claim for banned account
Hello, my friend logged in and got this message. No time was specified as to when the ban would be lifted and he can't file a claim. Is there anyway to help him?

Teaming will not be shown in effective penalty records. Your friend can only wait for the punishment period to end to be able to login back to his account. Feel free to advise your friend to contact the customer service if they need further assistance, @Unjawned.
There was no specified period and he can't contact customer service too

He can try to login again after 24 hours. If his account is still suspended, he can contact the customer service from the login menu or by sending an e-mail to service@pubgmobile.com.
