Higher end PC, g frames stay the same?
Hey y'all!
I am running a
i7 13700kf
64gb DDR4 ram
GeForce rtx3080
So.. I am getting 50fps MAX.
This doesn't change regardless of what my settings are (ultra low to ultra high, resolution at 1080 vs 4k)
It is infuriating that I can't geg this game to run smoothly at all - anybody have any ideas?

what is your display set to?
here's mine but i do have a 1070.
I have R9 3900x, rtx 3070, 32 gb ram and i have the same problemš
Cpu load is 25% and gpu load 90%
for me I run a rtx 3070 and a core i7 and everything at max aside from my resolution set to 2560-1440 and I get around 70-90 fps on avg while streaming my screen on discord. Me saying this might not help since I don't have a solution for you, but it seems like you might just have something either running in the background messing up the game, or it could be something else like something in your graphs aren't set up right for the type of graphics card you're using.
here's what I run mine at and it works just fine
I also shamefully admit I only got 16gb of ram lol
