Backbone controller

Hello, I been using Backbone controller for over a month. I just want to know if there's a chance of getting banned people are telling me it's a third party program. The controller won't work or sync to PUBG Mobile unless I open it through Backbone controller's application. The app charges 40$ yearly so I can sync all mobile games not just PUBG. It seems that PUBG Mobile supports it or affiliated with this controller. Note: this controller has no Bluetooth + no external files are being added or modified or preforming any jailbreak to bypass the system. That what makes it unique. I'm here so you can give me the right answer because I don't want to make assumptions. I checked all sources and all are saying PUBG Mobile supports it, well its working but the question is does PUBG know about that? is it allowed? Thank you.
