my account has been hacked please help
my account has been hacked and i contacted the company to recover the account and they did a great good and they got me the account back but the hacker banned the account for 10 years please if you can revoke the banned Because I am innocent of the actions he did that led to the account being banned... I would be more than grateful if you could remove the undeserved ban against me or my account that was stolen from me in the past period. Thank you very much.

Hello, @３𝐥𝓸sｈ 🐍! Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or service@pubgmobile.com.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
Buddy, I have the same situation, my account with the crew challenge warrior was hacked, I restored it 4 months later, but the hacker played with cheats before my application, after which my account was in my hands, but after a couple of hours I flew to the ban, unfortunately I applied to support for 2 months, I was told, no matter who played with cheats, the blocking is applied to the account depending on the actions on it
