Requesting Info/version for James Seibels Dev-media post of vertical Quality settings
Hey just wanted to be redirected to where I can find info, james seibel posted in dev media about new settings for vertical LODs for pixel art, was that in a night build or if not which version is it implemented? Saw some Threads mentioning Vertical quality was a future feature but James Seibels post was after those dates (19th March via Dev Corner in dev-media). Sorry If this had already been answered, tried going through other Threads but wasn't sure. Currently I'm using the (2.0.2-a-dev) build.

Reason behind this I want to tweak my settings to allow me to see types of blocks in the immediate area outside render distance, don't need it at massive distances. Want to see improve the Vertical quality some more so the transitions are even more gradual.
This is how its seen in 1 chunk outside render dis in the LOD
This the block palette inside render distance, dont need massive detailing just alittle bit of the noise like how the above image process the horizontal blocks
I think it’s a setting in 2.0.3
There’s a download in #announcements and the download from the Iris server comes with it
it was a setting in 2.0.2a-dev
The pixel art option? I remember seeing it in 2.0.3 but never in 2.0.2 but maybe 2.0.2 got updated since I last downloaded it
Any idea where it may be?
I'll give it a look 👍
Thanks 🙏 saw dev media date n thought post was a wip version after the 2.0.3, didn't mention vert quality changes in the changelog
