Hello, @Haider! You will only be able to start creating maps if your WOW Creator application gets approved. Your application results will be sent to your in-game mailbox within 30 business days.
About Invitation Codes:
1: Players with high creative potential will sometimes be sent official invitation codes. Please follow the official channels for more information on Creator recruitment.
2: Creators with outstanding creations will also sometimes be sent official invitation codes. You can ask creators that you know with spare invitation codes to send you an invite.
