CAN i call the support ? Even After i did the support thing they couldn't help me i think the mail is a bot.I am french

They sent me a code to claim my account but my mail isn't link anymore to my account. I explained it to the support but they didn't reply me since the 10 april.

Somoene stole my account, it was linked to Facebook and a mail. The hacker remove my mail from my Facebook, and add a New one. So when the support give me a code to claim my account it was given to the hacker's mail.@Quendi

If your request was approved, all the previously linked social media accounts will be removed from your PUBG MOBILE account, @Bigoman. The email that you provided to the in-game customer service when submitting the account recovery request will be linked to your account after your application has been approved. Please try to log into your account using that email using the verification code method.
