Resources usage
Hi! I'm a Pro member, but got a bit lost with pricing. For Pro plan I get 32 RAM/CPU for each of my services. But do I get charged only for used resources? For example my app uses 10 at a time.

For example 1 of my apps is using 770 mb now
the cost of that memory alone would be just under $8 a month
So my question was I do pay only for this used resource on top of seat fee?
