I have been asking for help since March 2024 and it feels like I am trying to steal someone? When it is mine!
Hmm I don't know for others but when you play a game without breaking any rule for 3 years I don't get the point of memorizing all your in-game info outside of your UID since the in-game purchase receipts are all saved as Mail. I filled in the recovery account because suddenly the secondary verification code won't be received on my phone number , I did for the Fourth time now and it still got rejected huh! I don't even know now ... Maybe I give this game too much value ! Look at my screen record and see what is happening and known that I am trying to steal no one Thkx

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
Already did it 4 times now and it still fail
And there was even someone who try to scam me .... Pretending to be from PUBG look 😂😂😂
