Rising Storm 2 server stuck with wrong stats - needs deranking

Hi, Can we get this server deranked as it is not a real server and often seems stuck sending the same player list for hours on end https://www.battlemetrics.com/servers/rs2vietnam/27035411

Not to mention the fact that maps wont last more then hour - 90 minutes at most. The player list currently shows the same map in play for 10+ hours
