Stuck not being able to acces my project's DB locally through drizzle.studio

I've installed drizzle + also installed mkcert since I'm using Brave. I was able to get access to the database the first time I set this up, but have forgotten how to re-gain access or if I need to do any additional steps I might be missing to get through this block. I'm running a Nextjs app with drizzle postgresql through Vercel. If anyone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it!
