Triggers - Change "SERVER" + icon in global chat (Rust)
How do I customize the SERVER and and icon for global chat messages that get executed through triggers (for Rust)? Is it possible to set it to come from a specific SteamID?

I believe those functions are controlled by the game server. You would need a custom plugin / mod to modify that AFAIK.
