So I’m playing on forge 1.19.2, and bliss won’t render the lods, and for some reason dh will randomly “refresh” where they’ll turn off then reappear, but then sometimes it’ll just stay off

shader support is not on 1.19.2, only 1.20.1 or 1.20.4
When will it be available for 1.19.2? Also why do the lods disappear from time to time like they’re refreshing sometimes never coming back?
Likely never, as iris has absolutely no plans to support older versions of Minecraft.
Are the disappearing Lod's also there without oculus?

So once a new version comes out they stop dev on the older one? Like if 1.21 came out today they’ll finish this 1.20 patch then never work on 1.20 again?

Yes, the only exception is 1.20.1 which they plan to give long term support
