Sky Cuts Off
The Sky cuts off at about midway, leaving the rest blank. I'm wondering if there's something I can do to fix this? Using Bobby worked to fix this earlier, but Bobby's not compatible with newer versions of Sodium.

Any custom sky texture pack?
Unless the mod you're using for fancier looking clouds has explicit DH support, clouds won't be rendered in LOD chunks
I'm using a mod for cloud visuality, 'Better Clouds', but no texture packs.
I'm thinking I'll have to search through my settings for this. I'll mark the post as completed. Thanks.
Without any shaders mod, did you disable fog in Distant Horizons?

Bobby is not compatible with newer sodium updates? Why do you think that? The only times bobby ever updates are for a new minecraft version, or when sodium drops a new update that is not yet compatible
Wait, is that Bobby?
Well then...

I'm running Distant Horizons currently, without Bobby as of now. Though, having Bobby fixed it previously. I've started doing a binary search, or whatever, though my mods; it looks like its a spare mod I have that changes the way the skybox renders. I'm sorry for the confusion.
Anyways this post is solved, I'll update with the mod responsible in a minute.
nvidium lmao
hhmm, something @cortex might want to know
incase its the keep region distance option in particular
when raised above a certain amount the sky doesnt fade with the void
hm?
oh
that
thats kinda just how it looks
the blend distance is tied to the render distance
huh, why the heck would that be tied. weird
You can use a mod called clear skies to remove it
Its latest version is 1.19.3 but it’s usable on 1.20
nice find thx
