Not able to update pricing for image transformation to new pricing model
Hello there, We are trying to switch to new image transformations plan but we're not able to -- The message we get is as follows -
Your stream subscription “images_stream_nocost” cannot be upgraded to the new unified images subscription. Only standard subscriptions qualify for an upgrade at this point. Contact [email protected] for a manual upgrade.(We've already sent an email to [email protected] but didn't get any response, maybe they're away or something.) I can share account id if needed. For context, IIRC around December, 2023 we contacted Cloudflare because we weren't able to enable image resizing or something, so this custom plan might be from that time (not sure). Are you Enterprise, part of the startup program or something else? nocost usually means you're not being billed anything
I suppose it doesn't matter much eitherway, if your enterprise would contact your CSM, if not/don't have a csm, probably billing support, and let it go from there. Don't think there's much we can do here otherwise, Deanna is the Images PM, might be out of office.
