Wave of false bans
There are a lot of cases of false bans for 10 years and it is seem like no one cares about it. You can check official reddit and find proof, that a lot of players has lost their accounts. I also became a victim of that nonsense, my friend too. Are we getting banned for a mistake developers made? We are loosing all our money and progress and it is not good at all. I hope developers can fix their game and unban all unfairly banned accounts

I was also blocked for 10 years for a reason that I didn’t commit.
Hello, @HK416! As you've mentioned earlier in https://discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/481199545858916393/1230512726426783847 and have already received a response through the in-game customer service and Reddit.
Accounts are only suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service.
Please keep in mind that PUBG MOBILE's policy is very clear that it does not matter who made the account get suspended, whether it was the owner or someone else using the account; because, as per the terms of service that every player acknowledged and accepted upon their account creation, the owner is solely responsible for securing their account. If the system detects that unauthorized activities have been performed on your account, there is no way the customer service can restore the account after a suspension.

Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or [email protected].
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
